New York Botanical Garden - Art of the Chrysanthemum

Esteemed member JUDITH S. HATA will present 2 demonstrations at the Kiku Festival

1 & 2 PM at a tent in front of the Conservatory. (Announcement flyer)

KIKU has been in the planning for 5 years in cooperation with gardens in Japan.  Some rare ‘mums, not seen in the USA before, are included in the exhibit.  Bonsai from both the Yama Ki Bonsai Society and some American masters are in the Conservatory.  There are activities for children focused on Japanese culture. www.nybg.org
